Women's Jobs in Mexico

The majority of women all over the world are underestimated but did you know that women in mexico with great education still have a hard time getting a job? This may happen a lot in other parts of the world but in mexico most of the men want the women to be a housewife and nothing else. In regard to women’s thoughts and beliefs men still try and push being a housewife on them.

Most women in mexico want to do it all, but there is just simply not a way for them to do so. Men want their wives to be housewife's instead of having a job, but the women want to be able to study, get a good paying job, be a housewife and more. The best jobs women in mexico have gotten is Director of Marketing, Director of Public Relations, Director of Strategic Planning, Director of Customer Services and Area Director. The lack of opportunities in the employment market for women compared to men drives them to look for informal jobs which often don’t have any chance of promotion as well as any social security safety net. Since the men want the wife’s to be housewife's Salinas, a man from mexico, had an idea that the men should give the wife's some of the money they get from work because the women don’t get paid to be housewives, but sadly this idea was rejected. It would seem that women are slowly getting better jobs, but who knows this may just be a temporary solution to the gender equality problem. Even women with good education are having trouble finding jobs because of gender equality.
